  1. Registrations for Regular programs, and
  2. Applications for Specialty Programs (see Note in Activity column)
  1. Online registration available as of Oct. 20 for:
    • (students new to 丝瓜视频下载, non-Specialty Program registrants) – for students interested in a specialty program, refer to sequence of events under NOTE below;
    • Transitional (丝瓜视频下载 gr. 8 to 9) registrations (parents of grade 8 students will receive a form link via SchoolMessenger on Oct. 20th)
  2. Specialty Program Applications and information available as of Oct. 20th, for 丝瓜视频下载 & students new to 丝瓜视频下载.

Note: Both steps are required for students interested in a Specialty Program, i.e.:

  • 丝瓜视频下载 students:
    1. Submit a Transitional Registration form indicating school(s) and program(s) of preference, and
    2. Follow the Specialty Program application instructions to apply for one or more programs. Upon acceptance of an offer from a Specialty Program school, 丝瓜视频下载 students will automatically be enrolled in the school.
  • Students new to 丝瓜视频下载:
    1. Follow the Specialty Program application instructions to apply for one or more programs, and
    2. Upon acceptance of an offer from a Specialty Program school, the school will send a registration link to the student.

Applications for Out of Boundary/Out of Region Secondary School Admission (form TCH19A) must be submitted to the desired Out of Boundary/Out of Region school by Dec.3, 2025, for review.
Specialty Program application assessments:
Dec. 4 – 12, 2025
Tests/auditions administered and assessed and acceptance lists compiled by Dec. 12th.
Out of Boundary/Out of Region application assessments:
Dec. 4 – 12, 2025
Requests for Out of Boundary/Out of Region secondary school admission are reviewed by school Principals and Superintendents by Dec. 12th.
Specialty Program offers/acceptances:

Secondary Specialty Programs

  1. Offers sent electronically to parents/guardians on Dec. 15th
  2. Applicants accept/decline offers by Jan. 4th

Note: Specialty Program offers are valid until 11:59 PM January 4th, 2026. If you do not respond by Jan. 4th @11:59 PM, the school will accept the lack of response as a decline of the offer.

Registration Deadline for New students (non-specialty program registrants): March 13, 2026 Registrations for Grade 9 students new to 丝瓜视频下载 should be submitted by March 13th for planning purposes.Registrations will be accepted beyond March 13th, however course availability may be impacted.

* Specialty Programs include the following:聽Advanced Placement (AP), French Immersion (FI), High Performer Athlete (HPA),聽International Baccalaureate (IB), Integrated Regional Arts Program (iRAP), Regional Arts Program (RAP)

NOTES

  • St. Augustine Catholic High School is a capped school with a different registration process. Students attending St. Augustine feeder schools will receive information about their unique registration process. Information on the criteria and process of admission will be posted on the school’s website in early November.
  • St. Theresa of Lisieux Catholic High School is a capped school with a different registration process. Students attending St. Theresa feeder schools will receive information about their unique registration process. Information on the criteria and process of admission will be posted on the school’s website in early November.
  • St. Robert Catholic High School is a capped school, for which registration is contingent on the school enrolment capacity being reached. Please submit an online registration and you will be informed if the capacity limit has been exceeded.

Admission Criteria (9-12)

Subject to the provisions of the Education Act, all persons having the right of attendance shall be admitted to York Region Catholic secondary schools. Please review聽聽for detailed information.

The parent/guardian must provide the following聽original聽documents for each child to be considered for admission:

  • Proof of Age

  • Proof of Status in Canada

  • Proof of Residency – 2 documents required:

    • One document from the following: Property Tax Bill or Home Proof of Purchase or Lease/Rental Agreement, and
    • One document from the following: Utility Bill, Landline phone bill or another acceptable document (driver’s license is not acceptable)
  • If eligible, the parent or guardian shall designate separate school support and/or provide proof of separate school support

  • Commitment to participate through the courts of Ontario (for those students under 18 years of age who are not residing with a parent)

  • Proof of guardianship through the courts of Ontario (for those students under 18 years of age who are not residing with a parent)
